Kechy is produced exclusively from goat milk with all its simplicity and naturalness for those who want to spoil themselves with refined flavors.
Kechy Gourmet is not a laboratory product that contains powders, liquids and chemicals that you cannot pronounce. Because we’re pretty selective when it comes to our ingredients. We are not content with what natureoffers us, we choose the best among what it offers. For this reason, we produce Kechy only with goat milk, avoiding all additives. We only use the natural sahlep orchid grown in the highlands in order to achieve the traditional consistency of Kechy.

The average protein rate of goat milk is 4,6% w/w. That is to say, its serum protein content is more than that of cow’s milk and it can be digested more easily thanks to this feature. Containing 6 of the 10 essential amino acids in higher rates when compared to cow’s milk proteins, goat milk proteins contain low levels of a-s1 casein. For this reason, milk allergy experienced by many babies is not experienced by babies consuming goat milk because it does not contain a-sl casein. With composition that is the closest to breast milk, goat milk contains minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and all vitamins except vitamin C.

Delivery Details :
Our ice creams, which we produce with the milk daily supplied to our facility, are delivered in specially designed thermoboxes, by our special vehicles with frigofric system suitable for cold transport chain or with dry ice technology that provides durability for 72 hours, without any deterioration in their texture and taste.
